BIDDLE PRECISION COMPONENTS ACQUIRED BY EMC PRECISION MACHINING

March 23, 2010 - Biddle Precision Components, a 70 year old family company that provides single source precision turned components for many industries, announced today that it is being acquired by EMC Precision Machining of Elyria, Ohio. EMC Precision Machining is also a fourth-generation, family-owned company that produces complex precision metal components for a diverse group of global customers.

Brian Myers, President of Biddle Precision Components said, “While we were unable to overcome the many challenges brought on by the recession, we are confident that the acquisition by EMC Precision Machining begins a new, very healthy era for everyone involved with Biddle .”

Biddle Precision Components will continue to operate under the Biddle name out of the Sheridan facility.
